EyeLine Video Surveillance Software - EyeLine Enterprise fully featured professional video surveillance software used to capture and store digital video from an unlimited number of video cameras, webcams, or other video devices. It was designed for business uses including video monitoring of offices and buildings and logging of in-store cameras but it has a broad range of possible applications. EyeLine Enterprise can record multiple video channels simultaneously with automated motion detected start and stop if required. The number of video sources that the application can record from is only limited by your PC's capacity. i like eyeline just have not got the money to up grade from the free eyeline dave roberts aaa.transport@hotmail.co.uk i will avertize eyeline free for you in my taxi i if you send me stickers of your eyeline thats how good i think eyeline is

I had tested eyeline 1.0 and it was working fine but when I downloaded Eyeline 1.02 it has been trouble eversince. The performance is very erratic and unpredictable. It gives error and freezes very often.

I have the First Alert (not sure witch model)usb
cam the software was unable to see it prob cause i no longer have the driver disk for it so i was using windows drivers so that didn't work

So far it looks the best to suit my needs, except for one option. Recording the motion video and for how long it keeps recording.... I tried to do some "motion" recording, but it did record even instances without noticeable motion. If I could fix this option, then this is , so far, the best for home surveillance, even compared to shared use applications of a similar kind. What I need is... to restrict the time of recording motion after it has taken place(say 5-10 secs, and stop recording. Thanx, Eric

Excellent Software for the Money :)

The Software did not work at first, but I was apparently using an incompatible CODEC. After changing the CODEC, the Camera images showed up on the screen. Motion detection seems to work too easily, or not at all. I tried different sensitivities to no avail. The Software also sometimes locks up if I change the resolution in the Options,Camera,Properties selection. It is very easy to use, and has sufficient features. The only weakness so far is stability.

Nice piece of software.

I found it pretty useful, straight GUI + nice configuration.

Unfortunately it keeps crashing regularly, but I blame my cheap video hardware for that (usb2820/em2820).

I will definately test it again some time, ie when I get myself a descent videograbber.

I checked it out for private use for inhouse surveillance (cams in the starway... kind of electronic doorspy).
